Nigeria records 403 new cases of coronavirus as toll rises to 16,085

Nigeria on Sunday recorded 403 new cases of coronavirus in the country.

The announcement was made by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control in a tweet via its official Twitter account.

According to the agency, Gombe recorded 73 cases, while Lagos followed with 68.

This means Nigeria’s total now stands at 16,085.

  1. It’s only God that can help us, about 90% of Nigerians don’t believe this disease exist. Most people that use facemask do it because of fear of police arrest and not covid-19.

  2. Yjis is alarming though the number will keep on increasing based of the increase in number of tests being done. The higher the number of test the higher the number of infected persons that will be discovered.
